Came home from work and checked the mailbox, small envelope with my name on it...

He misses me a lot, he mentioned that about 10xs... He found out about Aschool marriage to, and wants to do that. (I'm happy about how we seem to think in sync because I  didn't even mention that to him yet) He sent me some code word for his graduation, talked a little about how stressful it was there.. Especially how his first couple days sucked, he is apparently part of division that fucks up quite often, so he is getting lots of exercise out of that. But overall I think he's fine, he would mention it otherwise.

I now feel completely okay, I can't wait for his next letter.. since this one was dated 0ct.6th..I'm hoping he gets to write again soon to...

Congrats on getting a letter!!! I knew you must feel soooo much better hearing from him :) I'm still waiting for my form letter so I know it'll be awhile till I receive an actually written letter from him. When did your sailor leave to boot camp? I'm trying to get an idea of how long I have to wait to receive my letter too :)

H left on the 19th of September.. so about 23 days, before I got this one

My husband just left last week (Oct.4) so I still have a long way to go :(

It seems that way but just try to make it to the third week and then the possibility of a letter will be greater, you'll feel better when you get one.

I'm so happy for you! I had a feeling it would come today, I got my first one on a Saturday too for some strange reason! You should be able to expect them weekly now! Hope you're feeling better!

Thank you... I'm hoping that is true lol

Can Walgreens or CVS turn photos wallet sized?

I'm not sure if they can... I think the machines where you print them yourself can though if you can scan the photo in or save it to a flash drive.

It is basically while he is waiting to class up during A-school which is he is sure that he'll be waiting. He can start the paperwork and do everything that is required for us to get married while he is still in A-school so that I can be on his orders to his duty station.

Every division is told they screw up the most ever in history.  Nearly every recruit has it bad and hates boot camp the first few weeks.  It is a process, turning them into sailors, and the emotional breaking down comes before the sense of pride, teamwork and accomplishment.

He went into some details of some obvious screw ups (lol things even I would know not to do somewhere that serious) by recruits in his division that even I see as pretty terrible and deserving of extra crap

I hope so!
