Hello SJBAggie83-  So glad you are here! That is wonderful that you went to both graduations! I am looking forward to driving down again this may! Sounds like Power school graduation will be a big event :)

Has anyone's sailor told them when Power School graduation is scheduled?

My sailor has told me that it will be May 3.  He felt that it would be early in the morning.

My son also told me May 3 - MY BIRTHDAY!  What a great way to spend my day:)  My sailor is driving back to GC today to spend the New Year with his Navy family!  Breaks my heart to see him leave but what what a wonderful feeling it is to know he has made such great friends already.  Happy New Year Everyone!

Robin, what a great birthday present.  I am thinking it is also a wonderful Mother's Day gift.

Absolutely!!  Here we are only 2 days into the new year and already looking forward to Mother's Day:)

Does anyone know when Power School graduation will be? I heard May 3 and want to be sure so I can plan.   My step sons are in class 1301  and say that this is a big event.  I couldn't be more proud.

I am still hearing May 3:)

Great.  Thank you.

Our invitation came this weekend too!! I am so excited about going!

My son is 1301-2. He told us some time in May. It looks like May 3rd. Anyone know how much time they will have?

Our son was a grad last Nov.  The last week is mostly practice fro the grad ceremony.  We were able to be with our son Thurs before graduation until he went back to base for lights out. After garaduation ceremony we were able to spend the rest of the weekend with him and part of Monday.  Unless your sailor has some kind of duty; he's all yours!
