Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 123 and 124

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

not getting the scholastic flag....does that mean some didn't pass the test? haven't heard from sr yet so and I know he was worried about the test!

The Division needed to get a 4.o or higher to get the Scholastic flag.  Unfortunatly our guys didn't get it.  My son was not happy either :-(

Do you guys know anything about some of the kids being moved to a separate place? My brother called on Tuesday? And said that he and a few others have been moved to a different group and have special meetings or something?

None of us got a call last night, still wondering if mine passed the test? so mant questions and no answers! Ugh! See Nick's mom......we all go through the "no call" just hope I get a letter today down here in SC! Congrats to all who got the calls and letters this week! I don't know if I'm going to go crazy waiting on the "I"M a SAILOR CALL!"

6 more Fridays!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Received 3 letters from my SR yesterday he's very homesick, but is determined to do his best. He's having a hard time not being able to talk or to see us everyday my heart aches when I read this. Did I say 6 more Fridays yes 6 yeah!!!!!

Sarges meet and greet is up on wedsite for conferming attendence for PIR 3/22

I booked my husband and my flights today as well as our hotel. :) We are very excited to get to see our SR on 3/22! I got a letter from him on V-day, which of course made my day and made me cry, and he seems to be doing much better. He did say to keep sending letters daily and pictures of the family! Told me how much he misses me and his dad but knows this is what he wants! I am very proud of him and the others young men for hanging in there, they will be our Sailors before we know it!

Hey Ladies! Found this on facebook. I don't know which division or ship these are from but they are current SRs.

https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10151399803219651.502790....

I don't think my son is any of them but it's so hard to tell!

thanks for the link...i think i found my SR in one of the photos!

I saw that on facebook some people were spotting their recruits from the Hopper Divisions in these photos. I opened some of the pics in photoshop and zoomed in as much as I could but I am still not sure if any are my son. LOL I swore I spotted his hands in one pic! My hubby just looked at me like I was crazy but I know my boy's hands! :)

Have any of your heard from your SRs this weekend?  I received calls the past two Saturdays.  None this weekend.  I am hoping maybe tomorrow being a holiday they will get to call.  I know my SR has had a cold like so many others there.  Delaware Mom....you are a mom and of course...!!  you know your sons hands!!  It is perfectly fine...only mommas know these things..lol

Deltaflyer, My SR is also in your div. My son told me last Wed. that they will not be calling now for at least 3 weeks. I think the next call to come will be the "I'm a Sailor". call.  :)) In this case no news is good news.
