I am not a happy camper today. It's been 13 days since he went to bc and 23 days since I last saw him. Being in a long distance relationship prior to to bc is sooo difficult. And to top it all off, we're recently engaged and I have no idea when to start planning for a wedding. I miss him very much and being emotional makes it worse. I just need to vent and let off some steam.. :(

When is his PIR date, it must be soon if he left in January. Girl, we can vent together!! There really is not enough time..my parents suggest a courthouse wedding but I'm not to keen on the idea. Have you thought about just going to the courthouse?
@ELiana Nights are definitley the hardest!! It's what really gets me. Are you going to his graduation?
I thought I was the only one who knew the exact days and mins lol!! I don't feel crazy anymore
@Dallis I hope he doesn't!! I'm really looking forward to being able to talk to him during A school. Do you know if it's possible to visit during A school?
24 weeks sounds too long :( But at least you get to see him after he ranks up :)))
A school graduates usually get a week or two of leave after A school. Sometimes some ratings will be on hold after graduation, waiting for orders, this most often applies to those in the AECF program. But they do get to go home after that.
One detail, they are told not to marry on PIR weekend. Just so you know. Just getting the license should be alright, but I don't know if they have enough time on Friday after they have checked into TSC (A school side of the base). The county clerk does have extended hours that day, but it will be hectic.
Also, until he checks into his A school and learns what duty section he is in, he won't know which weekends he will have open. If he has duty, he cannot leave the base. Keep your plans flexible!
