Welcome to the Division Discussion for divisions 127 and 128

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hey 1sailorsmom....I'm so glad you got a letter from your son yesterday.  We havent received one since Feb. 22th so just hoping and praying he's ok.  I was going to call "sarge" too so I hope someone will post a number.  We're very excited about seeing our son too.  Counting down the days!!!

Hi in his letter he says they did good in the big divisional team activities last week. Which means the last week of February or around then. I believe are boys are together. 13/128?

our son is ship 13/div 127 so they are brother divisions.  so glad you got to hear from your son, I know that means the world to you to know hes happy and ok.  my husband said we didnt get a letter today so we just keep on writing our son and keep praying.  maybe tomorrow, my husband always says no news is good news.

Hi everyone,

I received a letter from my SAILOR yesterday(3/07), he is enjoying BC to the fullest. His words...."I thank GOD for this opportunity, it is the best decision I have made yet".  Words can not express how proud I feel, but those that have loved ones in the NAVY can relate! Two more weeks. We are driving from Lodi New Jersey. Looking forward to the road trip.  : )

Was your SR at Brooklyn MEPS swearing in on 1/23?  If so were you there also?

Hi BarbRags, yes we were both there, along with other family members.  Were you?

No I has to be in ca. Did you take pictures? It bothers me everyday because I wasn't there. His father didn't bother to show ip
I did take pics. Awwwww! I can show you @ the meet & greet. I wouldn't mind.

I won't make it to the meet and greet.  My plane gets in after 7.  : (    Can you e-mail any if you have group shots.  My son was wearing a Navy hoodie and had very dark short hair.  He was tall.

Oh and I HAD to be in CA.  Hate when I type from my phone.

Good afternoon, sorry for the delayed response, busy weekend, yes I did take a group shot. I'll see if I can find one with your sailor.

Thanks so much, I look forward to seeing it.
