No, she's not starting her third week.  Rather than write from scratch, I will post the info from What does ??? mean?  (A Guide to Navy Abbreviations and Terminology).

"Push Division:  a division in which some recruits who arrive in one week are held in P-days until more recruits who arrive in the next week finish P-days to fill the division. The recruits arriving the second week are pushed forward a week and are at the RTC 7 1/2 weeks rather than the typical 8 1/2 weeks that others in the division are or that others who arrived on the same day will be. The Push Divisions are also usually the last divisions in the TG and will be among the last to go through BST, so they will make the “I’m a Sailor!” call only a day or two before PIR, which means there is less opportunity to redo something (like a failed run, which can only be run every other day), so the RDCs also push this group to be ready to be US Navy Sailors on time and the first time. The actual training time for all divisions in 6 weeks so they have plenty of time to learn everything they need to learn to have PIR on time."

Your post above is from Arrival and What Happens at the RTC within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones).  The next paragraph after that explains more about how the days can go for one in a Push Division, both for one arriving and having to wait and for one who arrives to fill adivision from the week before.

Yes, your SR could have PIR on 05/10/2013 or 05/17/2013 depending on when her division filled. You have to wait on the form letter.  SInce she arrived on the 18th, P-1 was the 19th and today is P-5 and she should mail the form letter today.  It typically takes 3-4 days days to receive the form letter, so expect it this week.

My husband left last Tuesday and I got his form letter yesterday. His graduation date is 5/17!!!

NavyWifeRebecca!, join the group, PIR 05/17/2013 TG 27, to connect with others with loved ones training with your SR. Know that Divisions 187 and 188 are brother divisions and train together and will have Battle Stations-21 together, so look for others with loved ones in either division. There will later be a discussion within that group for the two divisions.

Thank you :)

You are vey welcome.

My Son got there on the 19th and I received the box via fed ex today....now the wait for the letter....

How did you feel about getting the box? I just read that NO news is absolutely good news. I guess I'm happy with that.

Ok found out Ship and Division today...My son is on ship 12 Division 189....Anyone else?

Hanging in there, staying busy.  I can't wait to get her address so I can mail the letters I've written.  I got her box really early, March 22, only three days after she left.  Really liking all the info on this site, looking forward to making new Navy mom friends, and keep reminding myself "In the Navy, no news is good news"...

Sounds like everyone is pretty darn excited, I know I am! @ Janaismom, I'm glad you're hanging in there and glad you received your box. What a good surprise that must have been, coming so soon. @ Dmanmom, was the address for your son included in the box? I thought that came in the formal letter? Do your neighbors and friends have some connections...lol. My daughter left on the 20th but I haven't received anything yet. I suppose the box will come when I least expect it but need it most. I also have family in the Navy.  Dads retired from the Navy, 2 cousins, active and my brother is in the Marines, but as you know, it's completely different when it's your own child leaving. It's good that we have people to talk to about everything.

Happy Birthday to your baby! Mine will turn 19 on May 8th and I suspect she will still be in BC. Well, keep me posted as I love hearing about everyone's experience and comparing. Have a great day!
