Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 814
Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).
sjtina, cor and a couple more ladies will be joining you to answer your questions about this "800" division. Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.
Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.
We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hello all 04/814 Moms, We got a call about 40 min. ago. " it's rough. Bed at m.n., and up at 4A.M. Food not bad. Has made friends from all over the USA. My nagging not so bad after all. One problem-- snoring, and his ship mates think he might have sleep apnea---hope this doesn't stop him

guitarman, sickness runs rather widely throughout the ships. Pink eye, sinus infections, and upper respiratory gook are among the most common. Most will muddle through without seeking medical, but should get treated if it doesnt get better.

, I almost missed mine didn't figure he would call this weekend but he did and I wasn't home. I'm at one of my childhood friends house, we get together every birthday and other events. We are making quilts for each other, anyway, he called here and my friend said a payphone and I shouted get it and he asked for me I couldn't believe it, he sounded good a little tired and sore from his Peanut Butter Shot.

I asked my son about the men that is in his division and he said there are about 75, he asked the names of the mom's but I didn't know any. Is it ok for us to know each other names on PM not on here? I would love to get to know the mom's that belongs to the sons in my srs division.

I dont know but I learned about a couple of my sons bunk mates and hes happy to know a couple of them from training! I would like to hear from the moderator if we can share the first intial of last names?

Hi 4/814 moms. So glad to hear your sons are calling, hearing a little about what they are doing helps me. We haven't heard from our son yet, and no missed calls. Do some SR.s call and others don't?

Welcome Division 814. My son was in a 800 division back in 2010. I hope to be able to answer any questions and hopefully make the coming weeks a little more bearable for you. It will be over before you know it and you will hugging your new sailor.

3:30 am – Revelie, wake up + fix bunk.
-4:00-5:00 am- Get yelled at for bad bunks.
-5:00- 5:10 am- Travel to galley and eat.
5:10 – 6:00 am- March to hall for PT ( P.E.).
6:00-8:00 am- 300 pushups/ situps + 2 mile run.
8:00 to 8:50 am-March back to ship.
8:50- 9:00 am- shower, hygiene, laundry.
9:00- 11:00 am- fold clothes (PERFECTLY).
11:00 am - 2:00 pm- Classroom and sack lunch.
2:00 – 4:00 pm- In house PT (basically yelling + PE)
4:00 – 5:30 pm- Forward AST ( study hour while standing).
5:30 – 6:30 pm- March to pool.
6:30 – 7:30 pm- Swim two miles + 50 Dead hang curl-ups.
7:30- 8:30 pm- March to ship.
8:30 – 8:40 pm- Eat dinner ( he said the food is good just not time to e
8:40 to 9:30 pm- Clean compartment w/ division.
9:30- 10:30 pm- Get mail, iron and fold clothes.
10:30 pm – 3:30 am sleep (unless you have watch
