So my fiance is at basic right now and he graduates on July 3rd which as we all know is the day before 4th of July. So my question is will he have the 4th off? And if he doesn't he is going to school in Pensecola, FL for an Aviations Boatswain Mate, would he start school on Monday and that starts his 36 days of school or does it start when he leaves? I am so confused about this as we are going to be getting married on his leave and I want to make sure that I have the right date for everything?

Ahhh thank you. So even though his schooling is 35 days that would still be ok to get married while he is at "A" school? And if he gets his orders after boot camp can we still get married when he has his leave or will he not have leave? I hate sounding like a dingbat but we were told something completely different than what I am finding out which sucks and I want to yell at his recruiter so bad but at this point I should just go with it and see what we can do. And also if he has orders then that will tell us when he is done with his "A" school? But if he doesn't have orders then his "A" school could be delayed?
my husband went to A school in P cola. it took him a month to class up. they were waiting for more people to show up to fill up the class. it all depends on how the school is flowing. :)
Wow I had no clue that this could happen. If you don't mind me asking what did he go to school for?
He went to school for AD. there were some guys he showed up with from basic and were still on hold when he left A school. sometimes the schools are backed up and sometimes they have to wait to fill up. its just a possibility. all aviation (that I know of) go to P cola :) electronics goes to the corry station , the others go to the nas station, which was where my husband was. I went to stay with him for a month . I loved it :) make sure you get married ASAP so you can be on his orders and they do not send him overseas. :) you have a little less than a month left for basic ekkk how exciting :) If you have any questions regarding P cola or anything in general, fill free to add me and message me :)
