Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 293 and 294

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I did get a letter last Wednesday as well!  Oh how I love those letters :)  I have only received one phone call over a week ago... sure would like to have another one to see how he is doing.  Actually, time seems to be moving along (for me at least) August 9th will be here before we know it.

Super Cute Bunny Waving

Hi I'm  in Oregon.  My son will be graduating August 9 and going to A school in Great Lakes.

Hello I am in the very north of Northern California, Yreka.  I have twin boys on ship 14 div 293.  Where are you in OR?

Lisa

Twin Boys in the Navy... That is awesome!!!  Glad they put them on the same Ship!  You must be feeling double the sadness!  Hang in there, just six more weeks :)

Kerry

Kerry- I am so proud of them that it makes the sadness okay.  I will be traveling to PIR, can't let this happen without seeing it!  Very much looking forward to getting a letter (or 2) from them!!

Lisa

A small town called Silverton, near Salem.

Will you be able to travel to the Great Lakes for the Graduation?

I got my phone call today (around 1:15)... what a great weekend!

hi , my daughter is on ship 14 div 294  I have not heard a thing from her but im happy that other moms have it gives me some hope that I will soon too !

I got my call yesterday as well.  My son was so homesick; it broke my heart!  He said he hadn't gotten any of the letters sent yet.  I don't understand why they encourage letters to help keep up morale, but then withhold giving them their mail.  Very frustrating!!!!

I see our kids are on same ship and div. I have not heard a thing from my daughter. I cry everyday. I've wrote lots ...I'm sad that I see some people got calls. Is she in trouble or something? God I miss her
