I am new to this site and so happy I found it! My son leaves for GL on July 29th and I have mixed emotions but I am so proud of him. Just looking for other moms/family going through the same thing. It is always nice to know you are not alone!

Have you found out your sons ship / div yet?
No I haven't found out yet... I still haven't recieved his box yet either and I am hoping that arrives today. :( He has been there for a week as of about 10:45 tonight.
Hi ChristinaMarie,
We're waiting for the mail today to see if we get "the letter." It's almost exactly seven days ago that we gave our son his last hugs and kisses and said our good-byes at the MEPS in Milwaukee.
Gosh, I hope he is doing well!
I hope you get your box today!
