Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 343 and 344

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Good Morning Beautiful Ladies, today will be a Blessed Day for some SR's Moms, since some us will be receiving letters from our SR's. And for some of us like for me I will be Blessed tomorrow again because my letters get here on Thursdays, since I am in the South Tip of Texas.  May all of you have a wonderful day and received good news form your SR.

Hi Ladies! I didn't realize there was a specific group for our SRs Div and brother Div! That makes it so much more personal! I hope to be on here more to get better acquainted with you all. Take care!

my SR just called he sounded a lot better today than Sat. Praise God! he said today was the last call he wad making this month. Hope all of you SRs call their Moms.

I got a call last night! It was a surprise because the other 2 calls came on Saturday, but it was a pleasant surprise! He sounded really upbeat even though he was sick. He said a lot of them in his division and brother division are sick too. :(

He also said their division missed getting the first two flags so they were all kind of bummed about that, and I think he said they were the only division that has not received one so far but I may be mistaken about that. Moms let's really rally around them and encourage them even more than we have been. We need to build them up so they won't get discouraged.

RMTz, Sam told me he has a schedule of the times he can call but he keeps forgetting to bring it with him when he makes his call to us so he couldn't tell us when the next call will come. So your SR told you there wouldn't be anymore calls this month? Wow, I so look forward to those calls and letters too. I'm still going to keep my phone hanging around my neck just in case!

Hi there!!  My son also told me that we wouldn't be getting another call until after Battle Stations.. That makes this Momma sad.. lol   Only 35 days 10 hours to PIR!!

I love how you count the days and hours, I do the same.  5 more Fridays, Yay!  Can't wait to see my SR.

Thank yu SamsMySailor,

Have you purchased any phone cards?  My Sailor asked me to mail him one but I wouldn't know what kind he needs.  I got some from the website where we get them for free but I wasn't able to download the file with them so I couln't send to my Sailor.

Thank you,

Hi RMTz, I just now saw your question regarding the phone cards. Sam received one from my cousin at his going away party. It had like 500 minutes or something like that so he said he's good on that one so I haven't had to buy one. I heard you can get them at WalGreens or maybe even Wal-mart.

Thank you SamsMySailor, I went to Walgreens and got one, oh God they have so many different types.  I got him one and already sent it to him.  Thank you and have a great day.

I'm really sorry to hear that.  Is there any chance his brother will reconsider?

So Happy Thirty-One more days so see our Sailors, Praise God, hope they go by really really fast.  Does anyone know moreless when our Sailors will know for sure if they are going to stay there for A school? My Sailor said he thought he was leaving the next morning to Florida for A School but it wasn't for sure.  I am praying he stays there so we can spend more time with him.

Thank you
