Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 365 and 366
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

I'm so happy for you guys! Atleast I know they are doing good. Thanks for posting that you have heard atleast I can live vicariously through all of you!
:-/ crud I don't think I will be getting a call.... or maybe there are just TONS of SRs that it's going to take a while for all of them to get their turn. fingers crossed!!
I really hope that's the case, I can't focus on anything else but my phone! haha
How long ago did you two get the call?
Our SR, didn't provide a lot of information regarding how they get picked for phone privileges or any specifics other than:
1. SRs in is DIV (366) - I don't know how many - were at the NEX, and made calls from there; and
2. Because of some "issues" within the DIV (not following orders, talking out of turn, etc.) the amount of phone time - compared to what other SRs he knows in other DIVs - seems to be a lesser amount.
He also said that 47 SRs did not pass the PFA, so from what I have learned on this site, that may mean those 47 SRs are putting in extra physical training time, and because of that may not have access to the phones today.
But hey... there's always tomorrow, right?
Here's hoping!
Wonderful that you got a call today! I know you must be so relieved to hear from your SR. Would the 47 SRs that did not pass the PFA be from 11-366 or 11-365 or from both? Sorry so full of questions but new to all this. Thank you for sharing your info with the rest of us.
Sorry for the slow reply! I honestly don't know the answer though. Once we start getting letters this coming week (hopeful!), we'll have more notes and information to share with each other.
I can't wait!
