Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 343 and 344

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

We can't post publicly when their battlestations are for their safety. If anyone finds out they can post that they know when they are, but we have to let each other know privately.

Hi Everyone,

Hoping our SR's call us soon, today I have been missing him a lot. Well I miss him every day but I do not know why today has been one of those hard days.

Prayers are greatly appreciated!

RMTz Prayers going out now. I'm hoping for a call soon too. Really missing my SR like crazy!

Hang in there!

Right there with you RMTz...Missing him like crazy!  But we only have 16 days to go!!!  We can do this if they can!!!

((HUGS))

Praying for you RMTz, I understand and sometimes it makes you wonder if there is something going on at the moment you are feeling anxious about your son. Those are the times I pray the hardest for God's protection over my children. It won't be long now before you will get to see him, hug him and have a face to face conversation with him. Just stay prayful and strong!

Thank you Ladies, (SamMySailor, Navybratx3, & Jakes Mom), I knew I would find comfort in you all, thank you for the prayers. I know feel a lot better after communicating with God in prayer. And you are also in my prayers. God Bless You All!

Actually, the posting of BattleStations dates is not so much a safety issue.  The days that they run BattleStations is an easily found fact on the internet (they run them most nights except for Fri/Sat nights).  We used to be able to post a BattleStations schedule on this site up until about 2 yrs ago (I would do it).  Then....RTC asked that we please start having the ladies practice OPSEC during BattleStations.  They want you to pretend that BattleStations, when your SRs are encountering potential situations that they could really encounter when deployed, is under OPSEC rules....when a ship is deployed.  Which means....no discussion of ship movement/activity/location until after the fact.  So....that is why we can only private message the BattleStations dates now!  I DO post a schedule after they complete BattleStations, so there will be a record of the dates in the BattleStations discussion in the Forum up top.

Hi everybody!

My husband just called and said we FINALLY got another letter from my son. Crazy man, asked if I wanted him to go ahead and open it and I said absolutely not we will read it together when I get home from work! 4:30 won't get here fast enough now!

I am completely incapable of waiting for my husband! I call him and ask him if he wants me to read it to him. Nope, he'll wait until he gets home. Then I tell him almost everything anyway because I'm so excited.

Yay!! I'm excited too!! I'm getting very antsy!! 11/344

YAY! One week till we leave and journey to GL.  Very excited to see my son.  11/343

My SAILOR called! He said all of 343 passed BS!
