Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 369 and 370
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

Amen, I was with my daughter-in-law when my son called her on Saturday. I didnt get to talk to him but I could hear his voice and I felt soooo much better just knowing he is ok and doing well. He is in div 369. I started blubbering as soon as I heard him so I probably couldnt have talked to him anyway, heh. I am so proud of him.
smurfette - I just saw your post about them getting yelled at a lot. My husband told me their division is super ill behaved. I guess one night a few of the guys decided to sneak out...; and they got caught - obviously. (On a side note where the heck would they possibly sneak out to?!?!) Anyways, they all had to get up at 3 am as a result and do IT. He said it was awful. But he did say that they have each others backs so that's good at least...
I completely agree. I said that to my husband. WHY are they there if they don't want to be... Just go home and save all the other guys the trouble.
OMG, where did they think they were going...I'm hoping when I get mail (maybe tomorrow) that I will get information about what is going on. I agree with you, if they don't want to be there, don't ruin the experience for the ones that really wanted to be there. That just makes everyone miserable. I hope they can get their act together before Battlestations
Is this SHIP 9 DIV 370 that you are talking about being so ill behaved?
My son is in that division, too and has complained that the whole division got in trouble and got extra IT. But it sounds like there are enough "good sailors" in this group...hopefully they will either turn the "bad" ones around, or the "bad" ones will get sent home. Boot Camp seems hard enough without your own peers making things harder for everyone!
Oh WOW...that's sad to hear.....:( I hope they straighten up...
I think it's funny because some of the moms of the other divisions have commented on how their sons all pray together and are all doing really well. And here we are with the rebel group.
