Okay Ladies, I have the 24th off. So let me know who is interested in coming up to West Branch on Aug. 23 - 25. Come for the day or all weekend. We can decide on food and how many extra air mattresses we need. Shopping, paddleboat, lon walks, peace and quiet and sleeping in - what could be nicer?!

Ice cream, choc. sauce and cool whip!  That's what we need.  I got the sauce and can pick up ice cream & cool whip and bring it in a cooler.  I'll bring butter too if Lorraine is bringing her wonderful bread.

Lorraine, I sent you a friend request so I can provide you with my phone numbers (there are three ... I know, probably overkill, but you just never know!).  I'll likely not be there until some time around lunch on Saturday; am going to TRY to leave early, but that never seems to work for me!  lol  Besides, I'm going to try to stop at a quilt shop on the way; if I set a timer on my phone, I will stay there a very short while (15-20 minutes).  If I DON'T set the timer ... well, I'll just see you ladies around dinner time!  lol

So looking forward to meeting you all.

Hope you're still planning to come. We're looking forward to meeting you!

Did you see Colleen's message below with phone number to get directions?

Hey Fishing Quilter!  Call me at 616-866-8426 and I can tell you how to get to my cabin.  I can't wait to meet you.

Hi everyone!  As of right now I have me, Dunesmom, Lorraine & Marianne for Fri - Sun and FishingQuilter for Sat. only.  Is anyone else thinking about coming?  I've got the ice cream, choc. sauce and cool whip, vegs for fajitas, side dish for fajitas, Greek yogurt, butter, some snacks, water, popcorn, an entertainment selection for Fri or Sat night.  Dunesmom has the chicken for fajitas, the shells and I don't know what else.  Lorraine has eggs, bacon, bread and I don't know what else.  Marianne has the cheese, milk, fruit, coffee and I don't know what else.  FishingQuilter is bringing a chicken salad dish for Sat.  Remember to bring walking shoes.  I've got plenty of towels and lawn chairs.  I think we are going to have great weather.  You may want to pack a light jacket, just in case.  Bring sun screen if you burn easily.  We are on the count down!  Lorraine & Marianne - I will call you Wed. or Thur. to make sure you have the correct directions.  FishingQuilter, call me.

Thanks, Colleen!

Ladies,

I will not be able to make it up north this weekend, I have to much to do for work.

Have a great time and post some pictures, please.

Don't work too hard, Regina. We'll be thinking about you and for sure we'll try to get some pics up here.

Maybe next time Regiana.

Sorry you can't make it but we will look forward to meeting you at the card party in September. Good luck to your daughter in MS and enjoy the time with your younger daughter as you prepare for school.

Sorry you can't make it cmcninch.  Next time.

Lorraine, stay in touch with FishingQuilter, I haven't heard from her yet.

OK all you up north lovin' N4M - tomorrow is it!  Dunesmom & I are leaving as close to 1:30 as possible.  Maybe we'll get there sooner than 4:30, but I have Lorraine's & Marianne's phone # and we'll call you when we are there.  The hubby has thrown in some last minute goodies - God Bless him!  Hope to have dinner around 6ish.

Boy do I need this R&R!!
