Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 950
Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

My daughter's last name starts with B. I was going to ask her who her friends were, but right then they made her get off the phone. So I got to talk to her like 8 minutes total.
She just called again. She tried to reach her dad but he didn't pick up, so she called me back.
Said when they got there, they'd spent a long time standing in lines for medical. The peanut butter shot hurt like #@$% and some kids fainted. Then before I could ask her anything, someone told her to get off the phone.
Amen!!!! I don't know if I have ever been that excited my boys were like Mom its ok calm down ahaha.
Ouch......makes me want to faint hearing that. We had problems getting the call to connect so she blew 4 of those calling cards. We were going back and forth hey can you hear me haha. She was talking about the people she was with trying to remember names and I got 3 of them written down, I'm sure there will be more as time passes. B was not one I caught and wrote down but if I do hear I will let you know. I think its great we can all pass the tid bits along nice to put the pieces together and even better to connect with a Mom they are with.
Yes--it's great to be able to talk to you other moms and share info. I would not like to be doing this alone!
I'm surprised there aren't more people on this page.
Tracie please do not be shy.........this is like a big family. I do feel like we are very close here since our kids were chosen to be in this division. If you do not mind me asking what does your recruits last name start with? Did you get a call Sunday....I think several of us did. Just trying to connect the dots with everyone. BTW Welcome to the board and the family. :)
After reading three sets of letters 5 pages front and back.........I fee like I have been there almost haha. The day she called your girls name was the first name she mentioned to me...I texted myself three last names and that was first on the list. Sounds like they are doing well.......apparently helping out one of the girls bc her sister had surgery recently and she was having a rough go. Sounds like they were pulling together as a team late last week.
I am surprised as well but a lot has been a surprise............I am just so glad we were all fortunate enough to find this group and this board. There are so many 'kids' going in and have no idea what they are in for and neither do their family. I am so glad I dig and research........I just wished we could get the word out to more. My daughter has been telling everyone she is in direct contact with about me being on this board and how much information we have been able to get from it.
I was engaged to my best friend many moons ago..........things were so different then. You did not know anything that was going on, had no way to communicate and did not know about what your SR would be doing.
