Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 025 and 026

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hello all :)  Week 1 down, counting the days :)

Just received a letter from my son (I think it was written Sunday, 11/9 since we are only a few miles away).  He is counting too (20 days left). They just were issued dress whites/blues and Peanut Butter uniforms and had their pictures taken. He said "I definitely am getting some sense of pride with them";  I imagine that speaks for most everyone.

Thanks for sharing ExMaroon76

Very nice to hear encouraging news coming from the SR's.

Everyone is getting so excited about PIR!! I can barely wait!

Yay!! Glad to be here!

Hi everyone. Missed my sons call. I feel terrible :)

Oh showgirl, I'm so sorry :-( I hope he gets to call back. I'm so glad there are a few of you here. Makes me feel a little better. It's so hard to know how homesick he is and not be able to do anything.

lmao! Showgirl...gotta love auto correct!
I'll have to add thorgirl to my dictionary.

Lol.... Thanks for making me laugh. I needed it :)
Oh no! Hope he gets to call again. I have been living w/ my cell phone attached or I would have missed mine too. I know how the teenagers feel about their phones now, lol.
His voice mail made me cry. He sounded so sad that he didn't get me. And I was 15 minutes away from him at my work. And all I want to do is give him a hug. I bet they wouldn't really buy that at the gate huh?

I can't imagine being so close.

Probably wouldn't go for the *I just want to hug him* thing, lol! Definitely more IT if that happened!

42 days ladies!!!

I can't wait to see my sailor and *meet* all of you!!
