Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 903

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

My son is staying in Great Lakes for A school

My son is staying in GL for A school and then possibly going to San Diego for C school.

San Diego is beautiful.  I think he will like C school there!

Hi everyone---I rec'd a call from my son on Saturday.  So excited to hear that all is well.  Also excited that he is in the 903 Division--looking forward to PIR's on 11/15 and 11/22.

So has anyone from here received a letter this week? Last thing was a phone call on Saturday...thinking from what my son described they were having to do this week, they didn't get much time to write. But still can't wait to see if a letter came when I get home! ;o)
Hope everyone had an okay week.....another one down!!! :o)

Navy Strong Moms!!

Thats exactly the question that I have been asking myself!

I received a phone call from my SR (for business purposes only) this week and he told me that they haven't

been able to mail out anything yet. He said hopefully by next week, we should receive some mail. HOPEFULLY!!! :)

No letter for me today. I know from my son's phone call last Saturday that he has written several letters. Just not sure they have been aloud to mail them prior to Sunday. Was so sure one would come today, but there's always tomorrow. ;)  Would must better like a phone call, keeping fingers crossed we get that instead of the mail!

nates mom and momv I think we get to see our boys all weekend if the are staying.. too exciting!!

anyone have plans for Thanksgiving?? I thought it might be cool to do somehting together so the boys could be together for the holiday??  just a thought ..

I am glad that they are graduating Thanksgiving week since we will get more time with them. We are staying at the Residence Inn. Our room has a full kitchen, but I was thinking of doing Thanksgiving at Cracker Barrel or getting it to go. Still undecided! What are you planning to do?

Not sure.. I thought i would let him decide for sure but I thought they might wanna be together. Or I thought they might think it was cool if all of families and all, could hang. In sure hell be tired and want to relax too tho. But we will be there all weekend so if not thanksgiving we can meet up for pizza or something a later day , or any ideas. :)

I spoke to the recruiter today, he couldn't believe we had a 43 minute phone call last weekend. He said its because they are div 903. I hope we get another long call tomorrow! He thinks they may have chosen him for this division because he is tall.

Thats so wonderful, I had a 45mins phone call with my SR, and he even got to call his parents as well, don't know how long that phone call was though. But it was an awesome 45min chat :)

Hopefully they call today; soon, i haven't left my home all day today !!
