Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Hey everybody, in the letter I received today, my SR said that the new projected date for moving to the USS Hopper would be on October 28th. Just thought I'd share!! Hope everyone is having a good hump day!!

That's good. When you get an address let me know. Maybe I should send my mud his home address so he will write! The 2 calls I got were great but didn't get one the other night when they all called. Can't wait till Nov. 22

spell check is fun, or cell phones. I did not receive the middle call so I do understand. It does not matter that everyone is saying everything is okay. You want to hear it from him . My son has started writing longer letters. The 1st one was verrrry short. Last one was better. allboyz can understand about the phone calls also. She went there it with me. Nov 22nd is getting here in a hurry. YEA!!!!

Hi all!, I ordered the Triton coin for my son for graduation. I thought that since they all started on that ship and were already half way through I thought it would have more meaning. Now I am having second thoughts. Any input?
