Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 037 and 038

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hello fellow moms if you would like to add me as a friend and go thru the rest of BC and PIR together that would be awesome!

Hi Milette. Same here.
Hi ladies!! Same here!! I'm so excited & proud of my SR!! Can't wait to hug my son!!

Well, I'm not a mom. But I thought I'd drop by and say "hi!!".

Hi All.. Add me to the group...

Hi ladies! Hoping for a call today??? Got two letters this week, he's doing good it sounds like. How are you all doing?

Just got off the phone with my SR!!!!! He sounded awesome and said everyone is good and today is 1-4!!

I got a phone call from my SR! He sounded amazing and said that they are working 038's butts off. Didn't get to talk too much, he wanted to call his parents and brother too. Still, it made my day. Maybe my week too!
Got my call today too! He sounds good, not nearly as homesick as his letter. He did get choked up when his dog heard him on the speaker phone and started barking for him.
Hello everyone just found out today what ship and div my son is in. And would like very much to be added to this group. Everyone has been so help full here. Thank y'all so much. Can't wait to see my sailor all dressed up at PIR.
Hi all. So great to hear from my SR. I know all moms ( and others) feel the same way. Seems like we've come so far since this all first started.
Hello! My son is ship 13 div 038......I cannot wait to see him graduate. He will then move on to nuc school.
I talked to Mike Saturday, and he was ok, homesick for sure.
