Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 013 and 014

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Super Cute Bunny Waving

Hi! I too am new to this website! My daughter seems to be a pro at it, but I'm still trying. I can't wait till the weekend of the 21st! Are any of your SRs going to San Antonio for A school?

Hi lbtg mom , my SR Is going to A school in San Antonio after BC.

Hello lbtgmom !  My SR is going to Biloxi for A school.  I've yet to find any others going there.  Is your SR your grandson?

PIR is going to be Awesome !!  Can't wait to see my son.

Yes, our first Grandson. My husband & I have helped my daughter raise him and his brother. He used to call or show up at our house every night. I really miss those calls. Yes PIR will make this hell worth the wait! Can't wait!

Hello ALL...My son will be going to Pensacola, Florida for A-School.  Do they have anything @ this base for these NEW Sailors during Thanksgiving?  I am so worried about my son being thousands of miles away from home with NO family and spending Thanksgiving all alone (no family) around!  Just concern.  Wish I had some family in Florida!  Thanks!

Our phone rang at 5:30 am...rang twice and stopped (again).  I'm assuming it's our SR.  Did anyone else from Div 013 get a call?  I can't wait until I can finally talk to him.  It seems like something keeps him from calling us overseas. :(  I'm hoping he called his g'parents, so they can let us know what he has to say.

@808IslandMom... I've been wondering the same thing about holidays, since we are too far away to do anything for him.  I don't know that he will look for something to do on his own.

Hi hawaiimom! Well hopefully our SRs are going for the same MOS! Are you going to PIR? Are you going to Sarge's M & G?
Is your SR 1st to go into the service?

Whoo hoo! Just got a letter and my son said he made some good friends and 2 of them will be going with him to A-School. Looking for the moms of SR's with initials: CS & QE and one with the last name initial W. I was so stoked to see this written in his letter. So nice to see positive feelings! God Bless our SR's and God Bless all our men & women in uniform!

808 Island Mom your SR is with Div 13?  My SR is a CS in Div13.  Where are they heading for A-School?

Pensacola
