Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 017 and 018

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I agree with the timing of BS. I have a lot of people praying for our SR along with his division brothers. Hoping they all work together and that we don't jump out of our skins before we get the call. Standing strong with all of you.

Praying for a letter today, although I think it will probably show up tomorrow!

Has anyone received any phone calls since mid October?

Next Friday can't get her fast enough!!!!!!

Hello Kat72,

We didn't get any letters today either. WE were hoping. We haven't had any phone calls since a few weeks ago. We felt so bad because our SR said it would be his last call for a while and we missed it. We even had our phones with us.

We agree about next Friday! We will be going to Sarges on Thursday night. I guess it is very informative.

I am not sure if we are going to the meet and greet, I am going to try!

I am so ready for next Friday!

My SR son called Sunday night (11/10) because he had to have his tooth pulled so he was SIQ.  He gave me BS date for DIV 017.  I sent it to DianneP and she said it was correct.  Inbox me if you want the info.  Or maybe you inbox Diannep.  I don't want to break any rules....

Hello Dani, We are rowing in the same boat. Our SR's must know one another.

Saturday I will be in Portland most of the day but will be home early evening, then Sunday I will most likely go to church on Sunday at 11. So we could meet Saturday night or anytime Sunday.  I am completely flexible!

Let me know what works best for you.

I didn't get a letter on Wednesday but am praying I will have one in today's mail.
