Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 025 and 026

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Definitely looking forward to the M & G and a couple of cocktails!

Is Beth staying at the Navy Lodge too??

Yes, she is! :-)

Oh, and daughter is 22. They are VERY close, so I don't understand this. And she is now texting me because she hasn't gotten a letter the last two weeks, but GF has gotten 2-3 EACH WEEK.

I want to strangle him.

Geez, what a horrible position to be in. I would not like delivering any of that news. Hopefully your daughter will let him have it in a way that moms can't. I bet he's going to feel bad about all this afterwards.

I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself today only because yes I've been getting letters but never a phone call, not even the "I'm here" call. Those all go the GF. And I just got the dates from Proud wife for the Battle Stations and now know when he should call next. If I ever wanted one phone call that it would be it. But figure he will call the GF. Makes me sad.

Why does it have to take so long before the kids realize the importance & bond of family?! If we were in the Mafia, they'd know! JK  :)

Let us know how things go, we'll be thinking of you!

Ha! Funny you should mention the mafia. Hubby' s family is straight up Hungarian and their mafia rivals the Italians...lmao!
We all need a night at the lodge to relax together!

Sounds like a few of us mom's will all be at Navy Lodge. So will we. My son is also ship 11 div 026. Thankful that we don't have gf issues but our daughter will still have to stay at the hotel and watch live stream. NL will be showing it in the lobby. They also allow is to make and hang congrats posters on the door to our rooms. Just thought you might want to know.
Anyone get letters today? This is the first Wednesday I didn't, must be on its way here still.

No letters today either. :(

My letters usually come on Thursdays. I'll let you know if I get one today.

I think we didn't get any Wednesday because of Veteran's Day. Got ours today!

Oh yes, the holiday. Letters should come tomorrow.

Forgot to mention I have battlestations dates! So if anyone wants to know them friend me and I can message them to you :)
