Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 025 and 026

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

My stomach has been in knots all day but on the other hand I've got more energy than I know what to do with!!  Anxiety is my friend today, tonight and tomorrow.

Sure wish I was getting the call tomorrow and not the GF. But she's nice and will text me asap!

All that truly matters is that all our SR's get through this tonight, safe and sound and call tomorrow with good news!!

We're suppose to have up to 60 mile an hour winds here tonight. Should be an exciting night for both my SR and myself!

I am sure I won't sleep at all tonight, it has been difficult enough all week.  I tried Yoga today, but too much adrenaline in my blood. Will seem like a long night.

OMG I got another letter! He's ship staff now so he is able to send something out everyday. Still no orders, but he sounded MUCH better is this letter. I will sleep better tonight after this. He said it sound like the DIV is going early Friday morning to the airport, but nothing's confermed.
Anyone know what ship staff entails?
Hello everyone
I just found this site yesterday. I have been on rtc FB page and finally found this page. Loved reading how everyone is feeling similar to what I'm going through. Although I have been a navy wife for 18 years being the mom is very different. Unfortunately our son called several times in oct. And we got one letter even though his said he sent out several we haven't received them. I'm sure he's fine but still worry. Will be stuck to my ph tomorrow. Then sat. We start making our way there.
Welcome! I think we've talked :)
I feel like this site has been a MUCH bigger help, and much more reliable with information then the Facebook page.
So excited for our calls!

Yay! Missed you bevo!

See you SOON!

Got our call!!

Div 26 scored a 4.9!!! YAY!!

He's looking forward to Captains Cup tomorrow. Said he doesn't think they got Hall of Fame because of some *dumb asses* talking in the halls and goofing off. Glad he wasn't one of them! lol! He sounded SO good! Tired, but happy and relieved. He told hubby Battle Stations wasn't as hard as he thought it was going to be. Said his RDCs are pretty cool.

He wants hi underwear, lmao!! Said the skivvies rubbed bad and made him bleed :-( he wants his soft boxer briefs, lmao!

He's excited to PIR. Can't wait to see us. Wants to hang out in the hotel room on Thanksgiving and eat there.

I can't believe we are here already. WE HAVE SAILORS, LADIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got a SAILOR!!  And I got to talk to him. I could barely talk when I heard his voice because I was so choked up. It was my first call. Normally the GF gets them.

Said everyone in their division passed BS and scored 4.9 overall. BS wasn't hard, just very tired. Said he has been up for almost 40 hours straight. But they get to go to bed at 8pm and that he's going to die when he hits the pillow.

Proud Wife, my son says your husband is a good friend of his!  Matt likes him a lot!  Says your husband is a really good guy! They've been friends since my user name used to be mom4matt (I changed it), and that's how they figured out that you and I were both on the Navy for moms site.

He is also very good friends with roots4bevo's SR and says they're going to the same school in FL.

Definitely fly out Friday but won't the know the exact time until Monday.

I'm so happy!!

I'm SO happy for you I'm crying, lmao!! Glad to hear some of them are good friends and moving on together . . . I'm going to have separation anxiety when they go to A school . . . lol

Thank you momm....girl I can't wait to get to the M&G, grinning from ear to ear and celebrating!  Like I was telling roots earlier, our boys have been through hell together and so have we in our own special way (wink). It's all down hill from here. And my son must have said "I love you mom" a dozen times. That ought to keep me a float for four more days!!  :)

Way to go Div 26! I spoke to my Sailor! :) they did great. So proud! He confirmed what the others have been saying. Tired and ready for some sleep and looking forward to technology.

Congratulations moms/wives and most importantly to division 026!

I'm officially a Navy wife!!!! My sailor called and we talked for 30 minutes! It felt so good to hear his voice even though he was so tired. :)
