Not sure if any of you are going to graduation in MArch, but, just to save you some time,, for the end of MArch, the hotels on base are all full!  Bummer.  I am stil looking around, hoping for some place with a shuttle, since i prefer not to rent a car.

Please let me know if you find anything!  I know that it is Spring Break that week...not exactly going to make for the cheapest and easiest travel:(

Ha, good news, I called back today and they have pelnty of room at Powless, not sure why the guy told me otherwise yesterday...89 plus tax a night. shuttle within base.  Also, the best westernwindsor point has really good rates , very close to base and no fee to park your car there.  I called Powless at 210-357-2705 today, prettty sure this is NOT the number I called yesterday.  Good Luck!  Still ooking at airfare....

If graduation is on monday,, would they leave the next day. My. Son graduation mar 10 , hevwont get vebal orders until next week , I am just trying to have some kind of game plan. Thanks

My son told me his grad date is march 27 and its posted as march 21st but I did notice something on the website it says alpha/bravo his class is Charlie that could be part of the reason things aren't matching up?

Hi there!

I hope anyone can help answer my confusion here....

my son will graduate on March 3rd. His contract is Dental assistant. I assume he'll go straight to C school for dental Assistant. He told me not to book any hotel yet because he doesn't know if he will be in the graduation since he'll continue to C school. Anybody know whether people who go to C school attend graduation ceremony? When do usually people who go C school take their leaves? after A school or after C school?

Thanks a bunch...

Hi my name is Rachelle I am from La Mesa CA. My son has been in San Antonio since November. I didn't even think to look for this even though I was on Navy for Moms during boot camp. I am glad I found you all.

Does anyone know the schedule for the day of graduation? Thank you.

Welcome Rachelle!  The time given on the BMTCP Facebook page is 1400-1500, or 2 - 3 pm for us civilian folk :)  BMTCP on Facebook (scroll down to find the latest schedule posted).  Glad you found our group, look forward to getting to know you and your corpsman!

Marcy,
