Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 103 and 104

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

That's him! Oh I'm so excited! I will have to tell him that we "know" each other when I write him tonight! Hope the mistake wasn't a big one -- glad they got it worked out! Your SR is the Weapons PO -- do I have that right? Thanks so much for sharing! Makes me feel close to him somehow -- I know that sounds goofy -- but I know you understand! : )

Yes, I totally understand!! He didn't go into details on the mistake, but it didn't sound big, just something they had to work out.  I think they missed some activity the rest of the DIV was doing in the AM, to get it worked out... but he didn't sound disappointed that they missed whatever it was.  Yes, he's the Weapons PO.  He thought that it was pretty cool that I had "met" some of the other moms online.  Maybe it makes them feel more connected too.

That's cool! Can't wait to share with my SR! Thank you again - made my night! : )

oh sweet!  Lucky lady!  Thanks for taking the time to share.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful conversation shw92. My son is in 103 so it makes me feel like I know what is going on and makes me feel a little better. I very much doubt my son is one of the "talkers". When he had called last Saturday he had said he was doing a lot of studying. I liked your explanation of "phantom hair" very funny!! Now I can breathe a little easier, thanks :)

I got the impression that the talking is just a couple of guys, and not necessarily the same ones every time.  I'm sure it's never any of OUR SRs though!  LOL  Just a learning curve, I'm sure!

Lol. Of course it wouldn't be our SRs. Hopefully they will get it together soon

Yeah - I can't imagine my SR - who will talk your ear off - is one of them! Ha ha! Ugh!

Thanks shw92 Really enjoyed that!
My son is in Div104 And he said they were pulling all 4 wisdom teeth....
Hoping it's over with and it went well and he heals. Fast
And all the SR who did have dental work too!
Oh my! I so enjoyed reading that and laughed out load several times! shw92, thank you so much for sharing! Im in Atlanta metro so we are home on a snow day today. My SR loves the snow, so it was bittersweet playing in it without him. He will be having 24th birthday in February. I wonder if he even knows what todays date is. Wonder if he will he even realize its his birthday when it arrives. I wonder if they have calendars..... anyway, thanks again for sharing!

Hey BigShooter - I'm in Marietta - hope you are safe and warm - and didn't have to spend hours getting home the other day! Craziness in Atlanta this week for sure! I've got cabin fever and Cobb schools are closed again tomorrow now (I have a 13-year old too) - ugh!

I'm with you - wonder if they know what day it is or if it's like Vegas where you don't know what time it is, what day it is, etc. Ok - maybe Vegas isn't a good analogy!

Hey popeyesgirl,

I am in Dallas, Paulding County. Hope you got defrosted and I am sure you are glad school is back again. I do hope you got a letter today too. Well, just wanted you to know I am near by.
