Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 103 and 104

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Anyone in here have a SR in 104 last name B _ _ L? My son mentioned him in his letter home :)

Hi everyone,

I am asking for prayers for my SR.  He is struggling.  I knew this would be a rough road for him to walk down.  He has the physical side down and the test are not a problem but he is struggling with the little things the RTC get them on.  His temper is one of them.  He thought this was going to be easier.  He assumed this because he was raised on a military base and was apart of ROTC.  He just turn 18 4 weeks ago so he has a lot of growing up to do in some areas.  Please pray that he can bend his spirit and submit to authority.

My son is in 104, and he is feeling much the same way. My prayers are with you and all of our boys !! they will be ok the power of positive think truly is powerful. They will come together and be an amazing group of young men. !! :-)

He's made it this far, I know his brothers there will help him keep going. My prayers are with you, and all the young men in our Div.

Btw: my husband felt the same way. He comes from a Navy family, and has gone through football camps all his life so he thought BT was going to be a breeze. He told me not to send any pics bc he can remember how I look, but on the 2nd day he was there he asked for one. He said he never thought it was be this stressful, but it's designed to bring the best out of them. Our letters are a week behind, so hopefully things are working in his favor this week.

Thank you all for the encouragement.  He sounds so happy the first week and this week was a big difference.  I know that if this is the right path he will make it through and if not the Lord will change his course.  I just worry so much about him.  I guess this is good for me as well.  I have to learn to let go.

Today is Trivia Tuesday on U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command (Facebook). Let's all be on the lookout for it so we can see our boys this week!!!! I hope you all are having a wonderful morning!

I have been stalking the RTC page! LOL

Same here! Haven't even showered yet, I'm afraid to miss it!

Well, I got the right answers, but missed it by 4 minutes!  How do they do this soooo fast?  LOL  I hope one of you is the lady with speedy fingers!!

OMG ladies - I believe the winner has a SR in 103!!!

I missed it by 3 mins. Stupid lag!!! If it is Div 103 Congrats ladies!!!! Hopefully we'll win it next week. I'll be looking for your pic.
