Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 920

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Good day ladies!  Checking in...my son is in this division!

Got the box, got the call.  No letter!  Still waiting to make sure the address the recruiter gave me is good!

Hi ladies my son is this div also!! I got the box but STILL no letter! ????

Ladies I received a letter this past Thursday on the 13th...when he called last Sunday he let me know he was sending one out.

Good morning!  I had the opportunity to speak with my son this past Sunday...as usual he had us all laughing.  He sounded very upbeat and said he was actually enjoying his time there.  I told him although it is hard, basic training (AF) was one of the best times of my life...I made lasting friendships that are still intact today...25 years later...wow (that just made me feel a bit old...lol).  He told me he passed the swimming but he wished he would have listened and practiced prior to going.  He swims like a fish but he hadn't swam in over a year and I knew it would be a challenge.  Hearing him sound so well gives us complete confidence in knowing he is ok...gives me joy. Be blessed.

My daughter is in this division. Hiiiii and big hugs. I also got to talk to my daughter on Sunday she is enjoying her time but sick. She didn't pass her swim test and she is worried about it, the planking got her. :( I told her no worries and keep positive. .she will get it. I miss her. :(
