Hi! My husband is there right now. :) I'll soon be joining (whenever the military gets there butts in gear with the DEA form.)

How long is he there for? I'm going in the summer to visit! Have you ever been there before?
He's there for 2 years! How long is your sailor there for? I Havent been yet. My sailor got there the beginning of January. I'm supposed to be moving there whenever they get everything together.
Two years as well. He leaves next month to go there. How do you communicate with him? That is our biggest concern right now as to communication. And deffinately let me know on how is it being there!
Well, we usually call each other. He will need to get a phone when he gets there. Then I had to talk to my cell phone provider to get a international calling plan which is 40 cents per minute (which is still a lot). It would probably be better for you if you got vontage since you will be in the states for the 2 years. We also face time. The WiFi there isnt all that great so we can't really skype, but face time works decently with there WiFi. I'll definitely let you know!
What kind of phone dies he need to get when he gets there? Why couldn't he use his phone he has now?
My sailor arrived about a month ago, once there he got the opportunity to extend one year and have me move out, unfortunately I have a good hog that was very hard to come by therefore I will be staying home, I also plan on visiting over the summer ... Not looking forward to the heat
How do you all communicate Melissa?
Maybe we will bump into each other over there! When do you plan on going?
We talk through iMessage and FaceTime (from him using wifi, not actual cell service ) every single day. Its awesome, thank goodness for technology. It's been so much easier than expected with an 11 hr time difference . I'll probably be there 2-2.5 weeks in August. I'll be booking my flight any day now
Okay great!
I don't think I am going until July
Let me know how it is over there though and fun stuff we should do!
My boyfriend is living there now, he has till next February to go. I might go live with him! But I don't know any information about that stuff. Are you living there?
