Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 135 and 136

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Does anyone know what week they are on? Is it week 4? I can only track by my calendar my son never puts it in his letters. He only has his girlfriend on his brain.

Thanks…

Oh don't they call week four hell week…I think I read that somewhere..

HI Ruth.. my SR is in Div 136 ship 14.. my last call was Thursday. My son said he was in charge of mail and some kinda log. On point with all his stuff and has a few brothers from Seattle hes getting along with.  Said this week is firearms, and it is week 4.   I thought this week was hell week too, but he said firearms. He seems in good spirits.

Yesterday (Thursday was 4-1) which means Week Four, Day 1.   (At least that is what I understood my SR to say)  There weeks start on Thursdays.

AnissaH, my son is the Mail PO also  :)

My son said FireArms then FireFighting next.  He was excited. :)

thanks guys… we are half way there. I wish my son would give me more details…thank god for all of you!

Hi Guys…my sons girlfriend said that in her letter he said They Got Their First Flag because the scored a 4.0. so YAY…div 135….i guess they got an academic i'm assuming…does anyone know?

Yay!  I have no idea about any of that though :/ sorry

My son said they start Hell Week yesterday (3/11)

Almost there! I can't always respond to all the posts BUT I always read them and feel my heart is attached to you all!

Me too. I am glad to be taking this wild ride with all of you ladies. Your support means so much to me.

Hi All, Is everyone going to the meet and great? If so, Do we want to do a color for our divisions so we can spot each other?

Defineteky going to Sarges Meet and Greet :) I'm game for whatever you all want

For Ruth... My son said they got an academic flag.. hes done well. He said hes strong in everything from but the run , but its good enough to pass. he said being from here with hot, muggy weather to that weather does make a difference. He said those from up there do have the advantage if they were used to that kind of weather. I'd love to talk to two moms who's SR's and mine are really close. He said one is a Cajun from Texas and the other a good ol boy from TX.. i have the names but I know I cant post.! PM me if you think your SR is one of them!

Hmmm, my boy is not Cajun, nor is he a "good ole boy" definately not cowboyish.. but still could be him... My son is was the mail PO and I think yours is too, if I read correctly.    Hmmmm?
