Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Received letters today from my SR.She is doing great and loving this time at boot she said she looked out the window and it was snowing and she mentioned your son again Pam. She said Tuesday was going to be 3-2. And they got fited for uniforms and she has her dog tags and her three green stripes. They were going for classification on Tuesday.

I was disappointed I didn't receive a call this weekend. Did anyone receive a call? My son is going to A school in San Antonio and we are wondering when he will fly out.

I know I saw this info someplace but can't find it now. Does anyone know when 928 will be performing at other graduations? I know that they perform at 2 graduations BEFORE their own on 5/23....please help me out. I want to watch those to see if I can see my SR. Thanks so much!! Hope you are all doing well?!

We received a letter from my son yesterday. Thurs has become my favorite day of the week! He said that their division letter had to leave because of medical. He felt bad, really liked the guy. If his mom is on this page, my heart goes out to you.

My son also wrote about one of the guys who will be going to Groton for A school. We live in Ct, about an hour from Groton. We wanted to let his family know we will be here if their son needs anything.
