Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 287 and 288

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi Ladies!  If you're on Facebook, I recommend you join this group:  PIR 09-12-14   NAVY BOOT CAMP

But please stay on N4Moms too! Getting resources from both groups will be a good thing. Also, please bring questions/info from FB back to us over here so all can be informed. Thanks!

Yes diannep! I agree, N4Moms has tons of helpful information. I'm checking both groups.

Thanks for this fb page!  My step son has written us once and we have heard "some" from his mom, but we don't communicate well with her.  He sounds excited, but we have such little info and reading what other people were posting on fb helped give us an idea of what was going on.  Thanks again.

My son is in Div 287. I really miss him, but have enjoyed the updates! He sounds so muture! I just wish I wasn't going to miss his 18th birthday!

Cute Kitty

My son is in ship 4 division 287. I am so proud of him and can't wait to see him on the 12th. He sounds good overall I can tell that he has matured and he states often that he is ready for PIR.  I hope that all of your SR are doing well.

This morning I watched a bit of the PIR for the divisions that went this week. It was so exciting to know that next week that is us! I can hardly contain my excitement and I am so anxious to see my Sailor! I hope that all doing BS 21 are doing great and that when 287 and 288 get their turn it is great for them as well. ONE MORE WEEK!! Three work days for me next week! So exciting and glad we all made it! Have a great weekend!
