Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 183 and 184
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

So is my daughter :)
My recruit just placed a phone call to my other daughter, but I get no service here at work so I probably missed it :(
I also received a second letter the other day, mine go out daily!
My daughter will be going to San Antonio for A school :)
Good Morning, are you going to graduation next Friday?
Hi, My Son also is Ship 11 Div 184 :-)
I've gotten 2 letters, got a 30 min phone call Sat. I was so happy to hear from him! :-D
got a call from my son this morning. He says he is making forever friends. He was a little emotional and I asked him if he was OK? Yes Mom everyone gets this way just miss you guys. He took a test so he could pull the mail for everyone and that's what he does now. He says getting mail is really important to everyone. So proud of all the SRs!
@Brandy and @PomMom I am glad they have each other to lean on. Received 2nd letter today and he says that the 8 pound boots and flutter kicks are nearly torture, his words. :)
My SR is really growing up I can tell by the words he uses. He ends the letter with the words, Loving Sailor....WOW.
He did mention on the phone that he was not sure if he had leave on Memorial day. Because he's staying in GL for A school he thought he might have watch. He said he would find out when he checks into A school. I really haven't made any plans for memorial day except maybe going to see the parade. My husband and I fly out Monday night around 830pm just in case he can hang out with us.
Got a call from my SR this morning! Its only been a week since her last call. It was a nice surprise!
