He said he is in division 937 and playing the trumpet.  Graduation is July 24.  I am so excited. He sounded great.  Said this is his Chief's last division and that all of the guys get along and support each other. Won't get to his ship until Thursday.  I feel so much better.  At first I thought something was wrong, because I thought he couldn't call unless something is wrong, but he said no, everything is great. They were given an hour today.  I am so happy.

Anyone else in Div. 937 or get a phone call today from their SR?

Jaysmom! that's great! Dakota left on the 26th. Maybe she will get to call. I still haven't received box or form letter. But, it won't be long now. I am so happy for you!
Ya I obviously haven't got my box or letter either, but I am just thrilled right now knowing he is doing good.
Dakota's mom,
On my way to church now, so I will pray for you and all the moms that everyone gets a call today. Hugs
Jaysmom , I have just finished at church. Thank you so much for your prayers! Be blessed!
That's wonderful, jaysmom!!! :)

Happy for you and others who received a call!

Jaysmom, that's great news! My son left the same day from California. Still no box or form letter. I'm dying to know when his graduation will so I can make our flight arrangements. We got the one call to say he made it and could call again in 3 weeks. Congrats to your son!

MamaCe, check your My Page.

jaysmom1995, That is great!

Oh, That is so great for you!!  You must have been ecstatic!!  I really hope to hear from Jake soon.  I'm missing him so much and haven't heard a thing from him or his recruiter.  He left May 26th.

My God I was so relieved and shocked. I had to laugh because he said, mom, it's jay. Lol like I didn't know. It came from (847) area code. My first thought was something was wrong and they were sending him home, because I heard not to expect a call that early unless something was wrong. He said day 2 he had a horrible caffeine withdrawal headache and had to drink Coke Zero.

That is exciting..My son Caleb left on May 26th..no phone call yet..I did receive "the box" yesterday...but no call or letter...hopefully soon!!
