Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 233 and 234

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

My son is in 13/234 excited to get to know the ones that are going through this with me!

Good morning Moms!  My son is 13/233 and hello to his brother division moms 13/234!  We are all going through this together and hope that they are all getting to know each other and working well as a team to become US Navy Sailors!  Did anyone receive any phone calls this weekend?  I was hoping but did not as i missed his call last weekend and just had a voicemail:(

I am posting here from the link that comes from my e-mail but does anyone know how I can list this group on My Page?  Have a wonderful day and lets all keep in touch daily.  We need to be a good support team for each other and our SRs!

Hi Pat. I am a 13/234 mom. I am hoping to start learning more from other mom's out here. We're in this together as our sons/daughters are too. I recently quit my job and today was my first day of sitting around the house. Naturally, I am trying to think of things to do to prepare for graduation/PIR. I only live about 90 mins from Great Lakes so I am looking forward to PIR. I was thinking about making a "Go Navy" tshirt to wear to graduation. Wouldn't it be neat if we could make white shirts that said Go Navy in blue on the front and on the back 13/234 (or as in your case, 13/233). That way we could look for each other after PIR.

Sounds good :) I will be going to the PIR with my mom and my son's girlfriend, so we can all represent our SR's in 13/234! :)

The discussion groups show on the main PIR page for TG 35 just above the comments. You can get to this group from there.

Hi NavyMom1029:  That sounds like a great idea with the T-Shirts.  We could wear them to Sarge's Meet and Greet the night before PIR so we are able to meet at that time as well.  Is everyone else from  12/234 and 13/233 all aboard!

Shirts sound great!

Good morning ladies. I know they say no news is good news but this is so hard. Good news is only 6 Fridays left.

I've been counting down too. These last few days have been hard. I've really been missing my boy. I keep my cell phone by me at all times. Heck, I even bring it to the bathroom with me!  I have a feeling we'll be getting a call soon!

Praying we do!

Good afternoon ladies. PIR will be here before we know it. I was just searching found this shirt. Maybe we can purchase and make our own ribbons?? Just a thought. I tried to add pic it would not allow you can go to link http://www.spreadshirt.com/navy-mom-women-s-t-shirts-C3376A8880168#... to view.

I think the shirts are great for the Meet and Greet but as someone pointed out we will be sitting by divisions at PIR so we will see each other then.  Also the site that cristinab cited for the shirts can we have our ship and div printed on the back as well?

Also tell me more about making ribbons and the banners for the doors at our hotel?  How do we do that?
