Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 941

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Yes, seen the photos...It was great to see them in action marching.  RTC FB stated they were the 2nd best division out there that day.   Go 941

Mail Call Thursday...How's 941 doing?  Any news?

Good morning all! We heard from our SR again last night. We talked for about 30 min before getting kicked off! He called around 4 pm. So good to hear his voice and hear of his doings!!

Awesome...gotta love the phone calls. Heard from mine, too.  This week is gonna be a busy week. I told him not to worry about writing...just study and stay focused.

Super Cute Bunny Waving

This morning is holiday routine, Im sure it's gonna be a well needed break after the completion of hell week.  Hope everyone's SR survived...lol  I bet they will be practicing more this week for their 1st PIR.

I'm sure my SR was tired! He started hell week with a head cold. He was excited about his dream sheet which he sent home. Hopefully that gave him a boost of energy! I'm so excited about maybe catching a glimpse of my SR this Friday!

After hell week...it's all downhill.  That should give them all a boost of energy to continue. During the PIRs, where will your SR be working?  I believe mine is a rail guard. The cameras are never pointed in that direction...but still crossing my fingers.  Hope your SR and everyone is feeling fine.

He said he's practicing honor guard and also body snatcher. Maybe it will say in the next letter. I'm so proud of him writing to all of us. This comes from a boy that said he doesn't write letters! His last request was pic's of his car! I'll have to clean it first! lol We're all well, just getting excited for the PIR. Hope your summer's going good! Do you think they started fire training this week?

Well, as a body snatcher...hope you to see him walking throughout the divisions. And yes summer is the best season...it's too short though.  Trying to stay busy and letting the day flies by.  Wednesday are usually the slowest day because Thursday is mail call. lol  Hoping to find out how hell week went.  Next big hurtle is the final PFA then onto BS 21...getting so close.  Hope the division is staying focused.

Well, got mail on Friday, they made it though hell week. But he stated ...looks like the Hall of Fame flag is out of reach.  that's too bad.  Week 5 is complete.  But will have to wait for the mail to hear how that all went. Unless we get lucky with a phone call today.  crossing my fingers... Now onto week 6 that starts tomorrow.  They will be finishing up firefighting and their completing their final PFA. woohoo.

oh so happy to hear some news! I didn't get any mail this week. Figured he was working last Sunday or tired. I'm taking my phone to my son's bbq today!! Just in case! My toes are crossed!lol My son is a VFF here so firefighting will be easy. He took the firefighter one class home. I see some mom's are making center pieces for G & M. I plan on making one for our table. Probably won't be as nice as others but the thought will be there!! Did you get a glimpse of your son at the PIR? I could see mine pretty good on the video for both of his positions. Hope you saw yours. Have a great day!!!!
