I have left info on most of your My Pages about your future Sailor's rating (job/specialty) and "A" School. If anyone else needs this info, leave a comment on my My Page with the rating or field and I will comment back on your My Page. I also have that info for the PACT programs.
Anyone can leave a comment on my My Page with the rating or field and I will supply the info. I put that on the Comment Wall for the group as well.
My son leaves on this date as well. He can't wait and I'm just the opposite, but I know he his ready to start his life. I just need to let go so he can.
My son is also leaving Nov. 16. I live in Chicago, so he will be only a short distance away. Anyone out here that would like any help with Chicago info, please feel free to contact me. I can do my best to help!
My son is shipping out on Nov 16th as well. He is in VA - anyone else leaving from VA? Also his job is CB - Builder. How about anyone with the same job?
Harley's best friend, he's a Seabee with a Builder (BU) rating.
If his ship date is the 16th, then he will spend the night of the 15th at a hotel near MEPS. The recruiter often picks up the future Sailor, but sometimes parents drop off the future Sailor at the Recruiting Office or other location and is able to spend time at the hotel with the future Sailor until the evening--there is usually a 7 or 8 pm curfew at the hotel when loved ones must leave. Your future Sailor will be getting info from the recruiter on how things will work.
My son is shipping on Nov. 16th as well.
My daughter leaves that day also. Her job is air traffic controller. It's coming up quick!!
SaltLakeMom, I left info on your My Page on AC and more.
