Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 323 and 324

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi Joan,

It's nice to meet you, too! No calls here. My SR is on SHIP 12 in  DIV 324 and I think all the calls I heard about were in 323. Is yours in 323? Linda

My son is in DIV 323, no call yet..I'm hoping for another letter tomorrow. Is your SR in the Nuke program?
I finally got my call today...so happy yo hear his voice..
Hi, Gigi..My name is Joan..my SR is in DIV 323..no call yet...anxiously awaiting it. My phone is on and charged 24/7.. Lol. I can't wait to hear his voice too.
I finally got a call from my son today! So happy yo near that voice.....have u got a call yet??
Yes. He's 323. No call.

Hi Marcy and GoalieMom. It is very nice to have more Ship 12 folks join. It was our week!!!!!!! Hooyah...real letters and a call tonight.  They finally let Ship 12 at the phones.  It seems like other ships have had multiple calls. I hope we will get another call before the final call after battle stations. It is possible for them to earn phone time.

So, after hearing from your recruits what do you guys think? Our SR doesn't sound the same, well he did just have four teeth pulled, but sounded different and quickly grown up. It sounds like they are getting on track and getting over their way of doing things and listening better as a team. I got the feeling that it wasn't so smooth at first.

I am trying to upload a photo here. If it works - Hi everyone - this is ME and my sailors.  I have three! My son and his wife have served already as Seabees. He still has two years of active reserves to go and is enlisted in the Nuclear Field.

What a great photo and background, Anita! Here's my photo. ~ Goalie Mom

Love your pics!
Awe! Love the pic!!

Ladies, I am going to leave this up to your discretion, but do you really want to post pictures of your Sailors and recruits on this public website?

Remember anyone can look at these photos including the RTC and your recruits RDC's (yes, they do sometimes look). It only takes a couple bits of information to know your full name, where you live etc.

Again, at your discretion.

Thanks Ellen. My thoughts were I can always go back and remove photo links after bootcamp. My goal was to add a face to meet up with at the meet and greet. We are all running on flooded with emotion these weeks and it helps me tons to share.
