Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 369 and 370

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

This is awesome, I was just thinking this morning about which moms have sons/daughters in same ship/div, Good morning Mom's my son is ship 6 div 370, he will be going to A school in Great Lakes after PIR, still no letter or call :(, we will be at Navy Lodge Nov 4th thru 9th. Signed up for the Meet and Greet!

My son is on the same Division as yours!!!! Ship 6  div 370. I am flying Nov 5 for graduation. I think my son will be going to Pensacola after graduating boot camp in Great Lakes. I still don't know. Oh, I just found all of you this is so exciting!!! My son wrote to me yesterday and I wrote today telling him I had joined this forum...Is Navy Lodge close to the Base?

proudmommy, it looks like the very closest hotel to the base, at least on Google maps!

Where did you sign up for the Meet and Greet? My son is also 06/370. He said some guys were getting wisdom teeth out and missed the call on Wednesday. Did you get a call yesterday?y son is also staying at GL. We are staying at a nearby hotel that has shuttle service for graduation from the 5th to the 9th.

I am a Ship 6 Div 370 Mom! Reservations at the Navy Lodge as well 5th & 6th. We are also RSVp'd for Meet and Greet!!! SR is heading to Pensacola after BC!

My son is Ship 6, Div 370 and he will staying in GL for A school, also. We still have to finalize our plans, but I'm hoping that we'll arrive in time for the Meet & Greet.

Hello just got a call from my SR he's in div. 369. I'm so happy I can't stop crying of happiness!
I too just got a call from my SR. He is also in division 369. He sounded wonderful!

annrea1024, this is great, Garrysmom son is also on ship 6 div 370, I JUST GOT A CALL...soo great to hear his voice! tells me that food is good, and that there are a few in the division that are sick  :( tells me that going into second phase, alot of studying, but on Sundays they have about 6 hours, where they can write letters, clean so things up, get to know eachother....... I have never been so happy to hear a voice. I jumped up from my desk and ran to the conference room... I hope others get a call, finally tears of happiness.....

I know the feeling, I got my first call and I got so nervous I could barely talk. I wanted to ask so many questions but I was so out of it that after I hung up I couldn't remember what we said to each other!!! Oh, it's so good to have news from your loved one. My son is my youngest, and I miss him SO MUCH!!! yesterday we got a letter from him and he said he's fine, he also said how good the food was, he got promoted to AROC the day after he wrote the letter so he wrote a little note telling us about it. I can't wait to see him!!! i'm flying from Dallas, TX, any one knows the best airports to go to>

Where is your son A School?? My son's is Pensacola FL but I don't have information on what time or when he's flying out. We are flying Thursday into Chicago and then rent a car until Sunday. We still need to figure out the hotel to stay. I'm not very good navigating these pages but I'll try my best.

I think my sons a school may be Pensacola as well. I'll let you know for sure. I am hoping as we are located in fl.
