Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 023 and 024

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I hope you get letters tomorrow. ..it is the best feeling!! For him to say he's good...and has friends!!! And that he misses me!!! I'll pray for you...and your letters! Keep me posted. It sounds like they can ONLY write on Sundays.
I got a letter too! We aren't far from Great Lakes, so it got here quickly. It was stamped 10-18, so Div 023 families should be getting their letters this week too.
Got a letter!!!! Mine was also stamped the 18th and I'm in So. Georgia right above Florida line. Sounded so so, physically doing well, but was down. I am hoping as the next week or two will turn this around.
We should be getting a call this week right? I take my phone EVERYWHERE
Just got a 30 minute call from my son!!!! SHIP 3 DIV 024!!! This is one excited Momma! And...He sounded good! Now..He made my face light up like the 4th of July!!!
Me too!!! It was good to hear her voice!!!
So happy for those who got calls today!!
TO ALL FRIEND AND RELATIVES OF DIV 024....
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...write your SR and motivate them!!! My son's letters sound like most in the division argue and do not follow directions. My son is worried about being held back and not participating in PIR. These SR's need to get motivated....be a team...work together to achieve greatness!! I can imagine being away from home and being put in the "bootcamp" environment can be rough and depressing...BUILD THEM UP!!! It sounded like morale was better after SR'S got to make phone calls on Saturday..keep it up. They will need to be a team for Battle Stations! Just want our SR'S to all make it to PIR and be proud of this great accomplishment!
I finally received a letter!!!!! Praise God!!
Very happy for you! !
Anyone get letters today? Wednesday has been "mail day" around here...but no letters today.
@ punkysmomma..We didn't receive a letter today either ... Maybe tomorrow?
Praying for everyone's SR!! ...and lifting all you moms and dads up in prayer too. "You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Isaiah 26:3-4
