My som left yesterday from Las Vegas as well. I got my phone call last night around 11pm. I imagine they'll be graduating the same time. What's your son doing after basic? My son is going to be a hospital corpsman.

Hello. I got my call at 1am this morning, very scripted but it was nice to hear from him. He's going into PACT Airman-School in Pensacola.

So glad you didn't miss your call! The goodbyes yesterday were tough but I'm very happy for what lies ahead for our boys.

My daughter is going to Pensacola for Airman PACT as well.

Im excited for all the different experiences he'll be having. I think PACT Airman is the perfect decision for him.

Have you heard from your daughter yet? I'm curious to see if they are in the same ship/div too.

My son is going to be hospital corpsman also. He left Oct13th for BC

Brenda. I left info for you on your My Page.

My daughter left yesterday as well. She left from St. Paul, MN.  I got my call at 7:10pm last night.  I just about jumped out of my skin when I saw her name come up on the phone.  Today I am having a rough time.  How are you holding up?

Its been an ok day for me. Ive got a huge knot in my stomach. The only thing keeping me going is knowing that he's bettering himself. What breaks me down is thinking about him getting down and me not being there to comfort him. Yes, I am that mom, he's my baby boy.

Thank you all for being here. I look forward to continued updates.

Navymom65, check your My Page.

My son left from NC 10/13. I got the call around 11pm. I'm so excited for him! Jessica
