My son left on Monday the 9th and I received his box just a few minutes ago. So far everything has happened exactly how this site has explained it. I can't believe how excited I am to receive the box even though it's just his clothes and cell phone. So excited for my baby boy. Can't wait to get the form letter! I am constantly thinking about him and wondering what it is he is doing right at that moment. Boy do I miss him!

My son also left 11/9, and I got my box on 11/12 too!! Can't wait for the letter!! And one from him too:)

waiting is so hard...

Hi, I got my son box today, he left 11/10 -  but last week was Veterans Day... did you get your letter yet?

My son left on the 10th. Hus box came today, but I wasn't home. Going to pick it up tomorrow fron Fed Ex

My daughter left on the 10th as well and we received her box on the 13th but we were not home so I had to go get it the next day.  I was told it would take 2 weeks for the letter to come but it looks like some are getting them earlier.  I hope to get mine soon because we didnt receive a phone call the night they arrived.  :(

Hi moms! My boy is there with your boys as well. Received his box today (Friday)

Still waiting on my box :(  Are you fairly close to Chicago?

No box today, either :(  But we live in a rural area, so the fed-ex stuff is usually turned over to the post office for delivery.  I would imagine that ads a day, but if there is a signature requirement, it usually isn't turned over.  Sigh...never thought I would be so eager to receive dirty laundry in the mail.

I am in Atlanta GA area, surprised I got the box so quickly

We are just outside of St Louis MO, so not too far.

My son arrived at GL on 11/10 and I received "The Box" on 11/13 via FedEx.  We're in Minnesota.

Did anyone get their letter today? I don't get home until later, and I'm antsy wondering if mine is in the mailbox!
