I would think they would be. That is only one day apart. Let's stay in touch! I hope we don't have to wait weeks before we get the letter giving us their division info and their address. How have you been holding up? It has been hard on me. Last night I finished washing his dirty clothes, of course that led to some tears.

By counting 9 Fridays, PIR will most likely be 04/22/2016 for those who arrived this week. It could be 04/15/2016 for some of those who shipped on Monday or Tuesday if they were placed in one of the last divisions in last week's TG and are in a Push Division. Most of those who shipped on Wednesday and Thursday will have PIR on 04/22/2016. It is possible for some who arrive on the same date to have PIR a week apart so even if someone with a loved one who shipped on the same day reports receiving the PIR date, your recruit may or may not have PIR on the same date. Wait on The Form Letter to know the PIR date for sure.

The Form Letter arrives an average of ten days after arrival. Some will have it 7 days after arrival (a few earlier than that, but not many) and most will have it by 14 days after arrival.

Arrival and What Happens at the RTC within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) will let you know what is happening and what to expect.

You'll just have to wait and see.

My son left wednesday 2/24/16. I got my final call, I have not recieved the box or a letter yet. I know its a little early. Im running to th mail box everyday. I hope these 8 weks go by fast.

5whosmom, it's a bit early yet.

Some will have it 7 days after arrival (a few earlier than that, but not many) and most will have it by 14 days after arrival. It will tell you your recruit's address and PIR date and other important information. Keep it in a safe place.
