Hey Betty,
A couple of us have tried to reach you and don't know if we have your email wrong or not but we are having a gathering on Saturday @ noon @ J.Christophers in John's Creek on July 31st.

We have at least two other moms that have sons that are Nukes on the USS Geo. Washington! Hope you get this message in time and can join us!

We are so close now! We are driving up starting the 2nd. We're staying at the Springhill Suites in Waukegan - about five miles up the road. My husband is prior service, but he got out of the Army back in 1990. I'll be wearing a navy blue short sleeve shirt with little anchors around the collar and I am currently trying to find a pair of khaki cropped pants. I can't wait!!

I am honored that you have sent me a friend request. At the moment, I am having some minor difficulty with private messaging. My N4M "addressbook" seems goofy. When I select a friend to send a message, the person I checked is not always the person who receives the message. For now I am not adding an friends until I can figure out what is wrong with it. However, you can reply to this comment (click on Comment Back) and it will show up on MY PAGE, even though we are not friends yet. LOL. I am always in the New Moms Stop Here group. So drop in there too. OK.

BE SURE TO READ THE WELCOME TO NEW MEMBER MESSAGE. See previous comment.

Welcome to N4M. Your key to adjusting is finding a group where you can feel comfortable and get answers to your questions – Click on the underlined links:
1. New Moms Stop Here group. You should think of this group as your orientation station. We do have a number of experienced members who can answer questions and point you in the right direction.
2. Depper’s… in but not yet . is a group for those just waiting for bootcamp to start (Delayed Entry Program – a depper)
3. Boot Camp Moms group. Is he/she already in bootcamp? Or just about to go in? This is the group.
4. OCS Graduate Moms or the NROTC Moms. For those going to be an officer or going to NROTC?
Read this blog to get a jump start on how to use the N4M site.
Welcome to New Members
Of particular importance is the use of the “Search” function. You should do searches in blogs, forums, discussions for answers in previously posted threads BEFORE adding a NEW blog/discussion. Finally, it takes time to learn how to use this site. Be patient. Check your page & status box often.
Best of luck, BunkerBee and AbbyblueOK (from the New Moms Stop Here Group)
