OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Don't forget to make the changes that I previously sent in a PM. If you need me to send them again, then let me know.

Welcome to Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones). I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Be sure to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) for information on what to expect and to help you prepare for PIR. Start with OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) and Arrival and What Happens at the RTC and read 1 or 2 pages a day and then go back to them as you need the info. Take care and blessings to you and yours.

Since your recruit has contracted within the PACT program, the information within Professional Apprenticeship Career Tracks (PACT) Program will be of interest to you.

I accepted your friend request. Sorry it took so long. It's been awhile since I''ve been on. How long has your sailor been on the Stout? Mine has been on since May.

Hello!  I am in search for any Arizona Moms (I already posted to AZ moms page) that may be here.  I am starting an Arizona group called M-O-M-S (Moms of military servicemembers) and will be hosting blood drive on Dec. 8.  We are planning our first meeting on Sept. 15.  Please message me if you are interested in working with us on this incredible project.  Thanks so much.
