Hello everyone! My son is div 120 ship 12, as of yet he's written once and called last week. He told me he was promoted to recruit petty officer, and is in charge of his division. I am so proud of him in so many ways. At first I was afraid, and still am a little, plus he left college after spending 3 yrs at WVU, so I'm a bit concerned about his education as well, but he assured me he can and will finish his last year of college while serving. Idk how that works, but nonetheless, while I'm still a little afraid and I miss him I couldn't be more proud. I can't wait for his grad from basic in march. Maybe I'll see some of you in the great lakes on march 15!
