oh did you all see where Obama gave a "pardon" to the WHITE TURKEY? hummm, is there something odd/hidden some sort of message in the WHITE TURKEY "pardon",? I hope that isn't a hidden racist message.. I mean we as republicans have all been called racist because we don't like Obama, (well I don't know Obama, and I don't like his political views) but, now I'm wondering why Obama had to "PARDON" a WHITE TURKEY? LOL see how easy it is to nit pic? I know we have lurkers, and I just had to call the attention to the WHITE TURKEY, I mean it is SNOW WHITE TURKEY,, hummmmm hahahahah

Hobbits Mom you heard it was retaliation for the Good job our seals did by rescueing the capt from the Somoli pirates? Really? Where? I would like to read that article, I don't mean to come off that I don't believe you, I do believe you, I would just like to know where your read or heard it. If this is true, then it just proves that this adminstration don't care about our Military, and that pisses me off. I am wondering why Obama wants a civilian Military, remember he has stated that, I saw Obama on TV saying that, and he wants it as powerful as our Counties Military, very scary.

I don't know what we can do to help these seals, but I'm thinking ALL MILITARY MOM'S AND DAD'S (no matter what political party we belong to) should get organised (peacefully), and let this adminstration OR ANY ADMINSTRATION know we as parents of Military kids are not going to let our kids take the short end of the stick when it comes to them doing their doing their jobs, and protecting this country from terrorist. The word of a terrorist is NOT TO BE TRUSTED! These nuts want to kill Americans, America, our kids, our way of life, and we as parents are proud of our kids, proud that they have 'CHOSEN" to protect every AMERICAN and AMERICA. The terrorist SHOULD NOT have ANY RIGHTS from our courts. and Terrorist SHOULD NOT be trusted by their lying words, and terrorist SHOULD NOT ever be TRUSTED, the military men and women should not EVER be accused over crap like a BUSTED LIP! HOW DARE, the politicians put our KIDS/MILITARY in such a lose lose situation! The only idea I have to help these seals (and other military personal) is for us to get a letter writting campaign going, and flood the white house and the heads of the military letting them know that "we as parents have trusted our kids to work for the military" and "we as parents are not going to sit still anymore while our kids are abused by stupid accusations of making some low life's lips bleed. geesssssss... I have been pissed over this all day long, and I am serious we parents need to get involved and let the BRAINS? ,, lol know we are not going for this type of chit anymore, I don't care what political party these kids or their parents belong to, this is way beond right and left this is NUTS, and it has to stop, these kids deserve so much better from this country than what they are getting. If the big wheels in the military are afraid of retaliation from the Adminstration/white house then the head honchos need to be checked. This is such BS,, any of you Mom's thinking the Parents of Military kids need to do something? anyone got any ideas on what to do?

I heard today that this is in retaliation for the SEAL team that rescued the capt. of the Maersk Alabama from the Somoli pirates because the team supposedly bent the rules of engagement and this fabulous administration we currently have was livid over this and so now someone is going to pay, i.e., these current 3 SEALS now, and be an example for all that you better not cross this administration/CIC because if you do, you just might find yourself sitting in jail somewhere. I could just puke I tell you.

I am right there with you. This is insanity what's happening. You have Navy Seal heroes, capturing a man who mutilated Americans then hung their burned bodies from a bridge and this terrorist has the right to complain about a bloody lip?? Why isn't this entire country standing up and defending these heroes? Completely mixed up priorities. Wake the heck up, America!

Now on a more negative note! I have just about totally had it with all this nonsense crap that keeps going on with constantly trying to turn our military people into criminals for doing their jobs and doing them darn well!! What can we do to get this insanity stopped?! Who is going to want to serve their country anymore when this is the kind of thanks they get?! I am just fuming and have been all day!!

I wish Geoff could be home too. I know we all love that feeling of feeding our kids. Nick has duty tomorrow. I hope he's able to get a decent meal.
