Good luck to both your recruits and please thank them for us. My son finished his commitment to the Navy last year and is now a civilian. I will be backing off from Navy for Moms and limiting my involvement to my local San Francisco Bay area group and maintaining the Survival Guide for new members (have you seen this?). We'll need new members to carry on the tradition.
Hi Cookie,
I haven't looked at "my page" here in a very long time, but happened to today, and saw your message from mid January! So sorry I didn't respond sooner! It sound like we share the same faith in Jesus (Praise the Lord)! I have no idea how I would getting through this Navy experience without Him! My son is now stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii for the next four years. How happy and blessed I feel that I have entrusted him into the arms of Jesus! The only way!
Do you have a son or daughter in the Navy?
Blessings,
Karen
