Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!
Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.
Im just a mom who is so proud of her son for his decision to make the Navy a carrer , he has wanted this since he was 15 , he is now as of today a senior and will be going in on the DEP. HE CANT WAIT !!!!

Well we have only had the beginning experience so far but from what we have seen so far from his recruiter we have no doubt he has made the correct decision !!! He rocks !!!

I've been busy too and haven't logged in for at least a week. My son is 24 and has lived away from home already. He's been back home since Nov so I've gotten used to seeing him more often and will really miss him a lot.
I know this last week is emotional for me so I'm sure you are having a hard time also.

1. New Moms Stop Here group. Think of this group as your orientation station. We have experienced members who can answer questions and point you in the right direction.
2. Depper’s… in but not yet . is a group for those just waiting for bootcamp to start (Delayed Entry Program)
3. Boot Camp Moms group. Is your son/daughter already in bootcamp? This is the group.
