People are like that every where you go! I guess its just what you make of it. All I'm worried about is finding a good job lol. My husband is still in CT for a few months so we aren't sure what boat yet. I hope we get to GA soon. I'm ready to get settled with him.

i'm not sure i dont think its different for each state but i could be wrong. we are located in colorado. where are you guys located? i got mixed answers also from my husbands recruiters so when my husband had his meeting with his recruters supervisor i went with my husband and i asked him about bha and he said i would definently get it. your husband should have filled out paper work that listed you as a dependent so you should definently get the bha for your state.

HI,
i read your posting on Dep- leaving in september and like you my husband is also leaving sept. 8th and i am also moving back in with my mom while he is in bootcamp and a-school from my understanding from my husbands recruiter is that we will recieve BHA while our husbands are in bootcamp and A - school. and he told me anyone going to bootcamp w/dependents get bha and those who don't have dependents don't get bha. my husband has a meeting on monday with the head person in charge at his recruiting office so i will have him ask her about bha and get back to you with her answer. i hope this helps if you have any questions or just want to talk you can message me anytime. -erica
